Services and Fees:
The cost associated with DBT therapy includes phone coaching, which is an important component of the therapy. Also, CBT clients have access to me via phone or text in between sessions.

Insurance:
Ashley Connors, MSW, LICSW does not contract with insurance companies. If your insurance plan offers out of network benefits, you may request receipts to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider in advance to ensure that you will be reimbursed for services from my practice.
