About my practice:

I offer treatment for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and disorders of emotion regulation. My practice is offered in hybrid of video-conferencing and in-person meetings. Some of the benefits of this format is being able to meet with an evidence-based treatment therapist in the privacy of your own home with greater flexibility in scheduling. While many of my clients enjoy this model of my private practice, it is understood that this model is not for everyone. We can discuss the pros and cons of this model in our first session.

Just a little more about my experience…

I completed the Comprehensive & Intensive DBT Training for Independent Practitioners, led by Marsha Linehan, PhD, ABPP, Elizabeth Dexter-Mazza, PsyD, Jennifer Sayrs, PhD, ABPP and, Andre Ivanoff, PhD. Over the last several years she has also received expert consultation and training in DBT and CBT from Elizabeth Dexter-Mazza, PsyD, Travis Osborne, Ph.D., and Cristina Mullen, LICSW. Additionally, I have completed the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), an intensive training program focusing on evidence-based treatments for OCD and related disorders sponsored by the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).   I also have a particular interest in mindfulness. In addition to my regular practice of mindfulness, I have also attended the Zen Mindfulness Training lead by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D.
